Our journey began with a passion for languages and a vision to create helpful chatbots that feel like talking to a human.
In 2018, our founder Lena Shakurova combined her love of languages, math, and programming to make this vision a reality. With her background in linguistics and artificial intelligence, she started ParsLabs - a chatbot development agency.
In 2022, ChatGPT emerged, and the landscape of chatbot development and AI drastically changed: more clients, more use cases, faster development, and more accessible NLP possibilities. So we started to grow our team.
In 2023, Sascha Molokostova joined the team adding her product management and user research experience.
At ParsLabs, we believe technology should bring out the best in people. Chatbots have immense potential as a tool for creativity, automation and scale. We want to create chatbots that are thoughtful, empathetic, and intuitive. Chatbots that make you smile and think "wow, that was really clever!”. Chatbots, that make you work smarter and achieve your goals faster. Chatbots that free our time so that we can be more human and focus on creative and meaningful activities.

User-centric: We believe that for any project, it's very important to always keep users in mind. This means that we do user research before the beginning of the project and validate our assumptions as soon as possible on real users.

We want to make sure we deliver work that both the client and us will be proud of. We formed professional network so we can involve developers, researchers, conversational designers, and AI trainers to our clients’ projects, if needed.
